The Constitution of the Australian Institute of Pharmacognosy (PDF).
Adopted by special resolution on 17 May 2025. Clauses 47 to 49 set out arrangements for the Institute’s intended ACNC registration and DGR endorsement (a research fund, gift receipts and ACNC compliance). They describe how the Institute will operate once registered and endorsed. They do not mean it is registered or endorsed today; see Legal Status and Fundraising. The Constitution will be reviewed as part of the Institute’s move to a formal legal structure.
